First-Time Visitor

What to expect

SERVICE TYPE

If it’s your first time at with us, you will be given a very warm welcome not just with one our ‘Welcome Team’ at the front door, but the whole congregation will make you welcome.

You can request to sit in an area where you feel comfortable.

As a Pentecostal Church our music and singing would be described as inspirational and joyful, and you can clap your hands to the beat!

Pastor Brain Madden will share what God has placed in his heart for the congregation. We’ll give thanks to God and sing some more!

As we breakup for the end of the service, there is no rush for you to quickly leave, and sometimes we hang out with a cup of tea with a wee bun! Which you will be very welcomed to stay for, say ‘hi’ to a few people and can have a chat with the Pastor, if you wish!

DRESS CODE

We believe in modesty according to Scripture, and therefore we enjoy dressing in the best for a Sunday service. Some will wear suits (with or without ties), some will have casual wear like jeans, etc. But the most important thing, is not to focus on the outer garment of our clothes but on the hearts. Be free to come as you are!

OFFERINGS

At some point during most services it will be announced from the pulpit that an offering is going to be taken up. Feel free to give if you wish or let the collection plate pass you by. You will be under no pressure whatsoever.

PARKING

We have off the road carpark on the church location and it is well lit up for the dark nights. Should you need help getting to or from the car, please sound your horn and an usher will come to your aid.

Please note: Do not feel embarrassed, we are here to serve you!

CHILDREN

We now have a children’s church which runs along side our main service. So now you can leave your children safely in our children’s church and enjoy the main service, picking them up when you leave.

Please note: Our church operates a strict code of Child Protection Policy and all our children workers have been passed.

I’m not a Christian – am I welcome?

Yes! Our church is open to everyone because we believe that the good news of Jesus is for everyone. We would love to have the opportunity to help you discover more about God and develop your own personal relationship with Him.
